Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission ( APPSC) Panchayat Secretary Grade 4 Written Test Exam News and Answer key/Result declaration info is ahead.
Date of Exam – 23/04/2017
There was the Recruitment Notification 29/2016 dated 27/12/2016 for the Posts of PS Grade IV In A.P Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service. A huge no of eligible candidates had applied for these posts.
Unexpected no of candidates had turned at the examination centres to take this exam. The commission made all provisions to ensure smooth exam at various centres at the centre. The Official Answer key link is ahead and unofficial answer key shall be prepared by local coaching centres of the state.
Now the date of release of Hall Ticket has approached. It is 12/04/2017 after 11:00 am. Links ahead.
As the no of applicants was more than 25,000, there shall the Written Test ( Offline) soon. So far the exam date is 23rd April 2017 which is tentative. The exact date shall be out soon at the official website.
For those who shall get through the Preliminary Off line Exam will face the Online Main Exam. The exam date for this Panchayat Secretary Online Computer Based Test ( CBT) is 16th of July 2017.
The commission shall also provide the facility of Mock Test to those who will face CBT. For that again the aspirants will have to go to the official website of APPSC.

There were total One Thousand Fifty Five Posts of PS to get posted under Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service. The age eligibility was 18-42 with the salaries Rs 16,400 to 49,870. Any Graduate from any of the recognized universities could have applied for these posts.
Examination Centres –
The candidates could have opted for the examination centre. They had to choose only those Districts for APSSC Panchayat Secretary Exam where they wish to join after selection. Thereafter, there was no provision of the change of examination centre.

PS Cut Off Score –
As was hoped earlier that the cut off would be down owing to the lower no of candidates, it would be not so. Against the expectations, a huge no of candidates had applied and appeared for the exam. So you can expect a bit harder cut off this time. Let’s wait for the result and find out the actual cut off. We suggest you to give your expected score below so that we may form an opinion of the unexpected cut off.
The final merit list shall be the result on the performance in Computer Based Test. Therefore the test holds a very great significance. Rank or Merit shall also be important in getting service station after the selection.
APSSC PS Syllabus/ Pattern / Exam Scheme –
The first exam shall contain 150 Questions. They shall be of 150 Marks with the same minutes. There is also the wrong attempt penalty as you can loose 1/3 mark for wrong attempt.
Panchayat Secretary Main Exam-
This test shall have two parts each of 150 Q/ 150 Marks/ 150 Minutes. The part one shall have GS and Mental Ability. The other part shall have Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas of Andhra Pradesh especially. Again there is negative marking ( 1/3 for wrong attempt) for this paper also.

Panchayat Secretary Answer Key related information –
The keys shall be out immediately after the exam. The candidates will be able to file the objections, if any, within a week of the exam. Here the decision of the commission shall be final. But don’t jump time line of submitting the objections.
