Army Welfare Education Society has constituted the Combined Selection Board ( CSB) for Recruitment Related purposes. The Society has a no of schools located in all parts of the country. Therefore, in order to meet the demand of the teachers on contractual basis or regular basis, there are Written Tests. After the tests, there are Interviews/ Viva-voce.

For PGT/ TGT, there shall be the Written Exam carrying Objective Type Questions with no negative marking. There will be two parts namely A and B. Tips for AWES Exam –
The General Paper shall have English and General Knowledge. Both are lengthy in syllabus. So it is necessary to undergo the exam preparation at least 3 or 4 months before the exam. Besides for APS PGT and TGT Papers, you will have to prepare the specific subjects i.e. qualifying classes’ main subjects. Cut throat competition and time is short. So right time to initiate it.
