Check Process of Rechecking/ Obtaining of Photocopy of the Paper for 10th and 10+2 CBSE classes after result of 2018
For the session 2017-2018, the CBSE has released the result of 10+2 classes in May 2018. The result of 10th class is yet to be out. It is astonished that more than million students participated in each exam. Some common things came out with the result. First, girls outshone their male gender. Second, most of the students were not satisfied with what they obtained. Their parents were not happy, neighbors were apparently unhappy, teachers were not happy for fearing their increment for the next session.
What is done in Rechecking Process ?
So the students are left only with one option and that is rechecking. As per some leading newspapers, the board has snapped the process of Re-evaluation for a couple of years seeing previous years’ mess created by students’ family and media. It means the students can’t get their papers evaluated again.
Now, there shall only be the rechecking, checking of technical mistakes i.e. recounting of whole marks, seeing if there are some unchecked content, totaling etc. .

Online Applying for Rechecking/ Photocopy of Paper 2018-
Students can apply online by submitting fee of Rs 500 per subject via channels projected on the website. The rechecking dates shall be mentioned with deadline very soon on the website. For verification, students can’t use RTI. Always remember there is no offline process for Rechecking or getting the photocopy of the paper. Make sure that there is no error on the online application.
For receiving of Copy of Answer Sheet of the Paper fee is Rs – 700/ Paper for 12th class
How many times students can avail this chance of Rechecking ?
This facility to the students are available only once. There is no twice.
Who should avail this facility of Rechecking ?
- There shouldn’t be blind following of other students of your class. You should have some genuine urge to for it. Some reasons can be checked below –
- Unexpected down in the marks ( Expecting 75, but getting 35 )
- When there is hope of some good result ( benefit of at least 10 marks, don’t go for it just for one mark or two )
- When expecting change in the grade ( For example, your merit marks are short of just a couple of marks and you have the reason to go for it )
