The whole of Haryana is in the grip to Jat Agitation. The Jats are doing agitation to press upon the state govt to include them in the OBC Quota. Due to the this agitation, the life in the state has come to a standstill. The vehicular activities at roads and rail tracks has come to a halt.
The state has become paralysed. Consequently the exams for Recruitment and other purposes have been postponed or on the verge of being postponed. The axe of this reservation agitation fell on first of all on HTET Level 3 which was scheduled to be held on 20th of Feb 2016.
The next paper which was postponed is CTET for Haryana Region. The CTET was to be held on 21st of Feb. The other exams which have been postponed are –
The Departmental exams for the posts of Asst Commissioner, Extra Asst Commissioner, Civil Judge. These exams were scheduled in two phases from Feb 23 to 27 and from March 1 to March 3.
HSSC has also rescheduled the Written exam for various posts in Kaithal. Now the new date for the exam is March 20th.
The other exams which are under threat to be postponed –
The PGT Recruitment exam for English and Hindi Posts scheduled to be held on 28th of Feb 2016.
The Board Exams for 10th and 12th Classes for Second Semester that are scheduled to take place on 8th of March 2016. These exams may also be postponed. The govt has already announced holidays till 22nd of Feb.
So all the exams that are scheduled to be held by 10th of March are prone to be postponed for further dates.
People are very inconvenient due to this agitation of jats for reservation. What to speak of the people of the other caste, the people of this caste are also angry.
