Haryana Housing Board ( HBH) has announced the Dates of Draw for Bahadurgarh, Narnaul, Sirsa, Bawal Schemes after a marathon wait for years to the great satisfaction of the Applicants who had grown impatience so far. The dates of the draw are 20th and 21st of August. The Venue of the HBH Scheme Draw shall be the Office of –
Haryana Housing Board,
C-15, Awas Bhawan, Sector – 6,
Panchkula
The Timing of Housing Board Haryana Shall be – 10:00 AM
The applicants who had applied for the flats under this scheme launched for the said cities are invited to be a part of this Draw which shall be held under a great surveillance of the Senior Officials of the Board
History of HBH Housing Scheme –
In 2010, the Housing Board Haryana had launched a big scheme for providing houses to the people of the state in the various regions of Bahadurgarh, Narnaul, Sirsa, Bawal. There were total 2440 Flats. Check the Region-wise distribution of the Flats –
- Bahadurgarh Sector 19 – 618
- Narnaul Sector 06 – 1260
- Sirsa – 282
- Bawal – 280
The aspirants filled the application forms and they were financed by various banks. The scheme passed through a long procedure and finally it is declared that the Draw shall be announced on 20-08-2015 and 21-08-2015.

Anybody has observed the result closely and to say something on that:
The result of Type A flats in Sector 9 Bahadurgarh declared on 21.08.2015 again not seems to be as per the prescribed % age of reservation as ordered by Hon'ble High Court of Chandigarh.
In the Older person/Senior citizens category 2% reservation was given. That is out of total 618 flats, 12 flats should be allocated to senior citizens.
Total applications filled by senior citizens are 48 from sr. no. 415 to 440 for Female and 10903 to 10924 for Male as per the "LIST OF REGISTERED APPLICANTS FOR TYPE A SECTOR 9 HOUSING BOARD COLONY BAHADURGARH UNDER HIRE PURCHASE" published on the Housing board website.
out of 12 flats meant for senior citizens, 5 flats are given to GENERAL category person. This everyone can check on page no. 4 of the result under OPSC category. Provn. Regn. no. 2527,4062,4302,11983,19633 are general category person but they have been alloted flats under senior citizen quota.
Similar are the cases in other category also. Pls check. Anybody having contact of persons who filed the court case, pls convey the message to them that again this seems to be manipulated result. Kindly project it to higher authorities.
