Sept 2019 Clerical Exam –
The Commission Conducted this huge written test on 21st, 22nd and 23rd of Sept 2019 at various exam centers in the state. More than 10 lac candidates took this test for 4858 posts. This clerical paper was in different shifts. Candidates termed the papers very difficult, mostly carrying science portion of 11th and 12th classes. Even the opposition parties especially the congress dared the CM and the ministers to take the paper.
Result date Clerk paper 2019- 2020
As the state is undergoing the Legislative Assembly Polls on 21st of Oct 2019 and code of conduct is on in the state, the result is is expected to be out in Dec 2019 or Jan 2020.
Clerk Exam 2019 Expected Cut Off –
The highest right questions for the General Candidates may be between 70 to 75- 77. For BCA, BCB, SC candidates they may be 62 to 67, 65 to 72, 55 to 60 something around. We will be able to give the correct and more categories’ cut off marks later. Keep in contact till then.
Preliminary Answer Key 2019 –
The Commission has released the Preliminary Answer Key for the Examees on 11th of Sept 2019. There is no sure date for the Result date so far. We shall update this post when we have some information regarding the Clerk Exam Result.

Cut Off Analysis 2017 –
For 1644 Posts for General Candidates, the cut off has reached 152. The cut off for the 1159 Posts of SC is 132. For BCA 930 Posts, the cut off is same as of SC candidates i.e. 132. Besides the cut off for ESM GEN ( 455 Posts), the cut off has been 90.

Latest – As the Commission has sped up the process of releasing various Recruitment Exam Result ( Police Constable), that of the clerk exam seems not far off. Expectations are very high. We hope that the 8 lakh curious aspirants shall hear some good news regarding their result soon.
New Update – So far the Punjab and Haryana High Court has barred the HSSC to release the Clerk Result. The court has taken the decision at the petition of one Mr Mukesh Kumar from Rohtak District alleging the paper leakage and misuse of wrong means.
The Haryana Govt has taken decision to scrap Interviews for the Grade 3 and Grade 4 Posts following the Centre Govt’s suit. As per the latest news, the new law may be imposed on the ongoing recruitment processes for Clerks, Police Recruitment etc.
Today’s Update Regarding Clerk Result – After a prolonged delay, HSSC has given a new ray of hope regarding the result of clerk recruitment exam. Now there are signs that it may be out by May end or June first week. The reason is that the results of other recruitment exams are out. Now this one among other few ones is left. So a bit of wait more.
The Commission is releasing results for various posts expeditiously. So we can guess clerk result to be discharged soon. According to us ti may be in March/ April 2017. Leakage case shall have no impact on declaration the result as commission has rubbished all such claims.
Now the govt has made some amendments in its selection procedure. Now instead of two times candidates for the Interview, four times candidates may get Clerk Call Letter. HSSC is declaring results of other exams conducted by it. But the procedure is very slow. In this condition, you can expect clerk result in March or April 2017.
4th Jan 2017 Clerk Result News – Happy New Year to all our Readers
The Inquiry Committee OF HSSC has denied having found any evidence in the clerk exam leakage case outright. In a way, the committee has given the clean chit in this ongoing hyper-leakage case. With the commission submits its report to the Commission, it has paved way for releasing of Clerk Exam Official Answer key and Result.
Now all the speculations regarding Exam Cancellation have found complete full stop. According to the committee, it is a case of copying rather than leakage. So there is no question of cancelling it.
Punjab and Haryana High Court’s direction to HSSC –
P & H Court has directed the Commission not to inform the Interview panel of the candidates’ written exam marks. The hon’ble high court has maintained that this pre-knowledge of the marks may influence the interviewers.

One Person held with 11th Dec Exam Answer key
All the exams have taken place, but not immaculately. The last exam i.e. on 11th Dec is under scanner. One person named as Narender Kumar, a resident of Gogadia village near Narwana of Jind District was in possession of Answer key.
The Police arrested him in Bhiwani. The Answer key is found to be true. The investigation is on. Let’s see what happens. Some candidates have requested the govt to cancel it. However, the most of the examinees are against this move. Re-exam may cause delay in result besides causing inconvenience to the candidates. Moreover the exam was comparatively a bit more tricky than the previous ones.
News ( Result) Updates on 17th December 2016 –
Another arrest has taken place in the HSSC Clerk Paper leak. In this way, the Police have arrested four people from Bhiwani and Jind Districts. The Police is trying to figure out as to how many people are linked with this case.
After the complete inquiry, the police shall hand over the report to the Commission which will further give its recommendations to the govt. Only then the govt shall decide the case. This process may delay the clerk result.

Expected Cut Off Marks –
As almost all the exams have taken place, now we can make a guess regarding clerk cut off marks. This expected cut off is based on our discussions and reviews we have received from our viewers. The exams have been very simple. More than 7o% GK and 30% rest of the subjects. Except Science GK, all the subjects were simple. Most of the candidates claim to get more than 70 questions right. So very high cut off is on the cards.

This cut off is changeable. We may change it after reviewing some more comments and expected scores. For sure Cut off wait till the Clerk Result. Latest Updated on 10th of August 2016* – The Commission has published a Notice to the candidates for downloading Provisional Admit Card for the posts of clerks against the advertisement no 10/2015 ( Cat – 01).
The candidates can download their provisional Roll No card from 12th of August 2016 to 22nd of August 2016. The exam date shall be available shortly. Then the candidates shall have to download their admit cards again. The admit card must carry the exam dates and roll nos.
Beyond the said dates, the admit card link shall be disabled. The exam notice shall be out in the leading newspapers of Haryana. You can also check at the official website. For more updates be in our touch.
A huge no of applications were received from the unemployed youth of the state. Now next step of the Selection is to start preparation for the written exam and for that the Commission is making all the preparation. Check detailed syllabus for HSSC Clerk Exam from ahead
The Job Notification by HSSC had come out on 24th of November 2015. This notification was much-awaited by the non-technical youth of the state. As soon as it came out, they became very active. More than 10 lakh applications are expected to be filled by the last date i.e. 06-01-2016. The applicants could have paid their application fee by 11th of January.
HSSC Clerk Exam Result/ Cut Off Marks
The Written Exam took place in November and December 2016. The certain date of Clerk Examination was out through Exam Notification that may be published in the local newspapers. That HSSC Exam Notification shall also be published at the official website of the commission.
Therefore the Admit Card shall be released just 12 to 15 days before the exam. The Admit Card shall contain all the information regarding the exam and also the Roll No of the candidates.
Without the Admit Card, the candidates shall be barred from taking the exam. The Admit Card could reach the candidates via following the steps below –

- Fill your Exam Roll No at the Result page.
- The Result with the Cut Off Marks sheet will come out.

Haryana Clerk Exam Pattern –
The Written Exam shall follow the same exam pattern and syllabus as other Written exams by the HSSC. There shall be the exam of 200 Marks with the subjects like Maths, Reasoning, General Knowledge, Haryana GK, English and Hindi. The Complete Syllabus and Question Papers of HSSC are available here.

If there is the change in the scheme of the exam, the candidates shall get intimation at the official website. The Admit Card shall be available from the links below.
Important Points to remember for Clerk Written Test 2016-
The result may take place in October 2016, though the board is stall in a fix regarding it. Around 7 to 8 lakh candidates may take this screening test. Besides the exam preparation, the candidates must keep them mentally prepare regrading the exam.
- If candidates carry mobiles or mathematical material during the exam, he/she shall be considered ineligible for all the future recruitment by HSSC.
- CCTV Cameras, Bio-metric Verification and Videography were the main part of the exam.
- The exam took place in two phases – Morning and evening.
- No doubt, the examinees had to reach the examination centres at least one hour before the exam.
- The candidates can’t leave Clerk Screening Test OMR sheet empty.
- The examiner shall mark cross on the empty OMR Sheet.
- Till the 30 minutes of the commencement of the exam, the examinees didn’t get permission to for toilet, drinking water etc.
Don’t carry such things during the exam –
Watch, Mobiles, Jewellery, Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Purse, Fluid, Electronic Gadgets etc.
Strict Policing –
Undoubtedly, Police Force was present outside the premises of Examination Centres. 200 M area of the examination centre shall be under the effect of section 144. Anybody found flouting the rules shall have to face legal action.

There is no mention of Roll No. on the provision admit card but latest notification dt. 21.10.16 says Roll No. wise exam will be conducted on so and so date. You must have the receipt of the application fee. That carries the Registration No/ Application No. On the basis of that you can try to get Admit Card. Undoubtedly you will get it.
