Update 2022 –

The selected candidates will get recruitment in Haryana. Date of written exam may be available at the official site. Admit Card/ Roll No. may be out 5 or 7 days before the exam. The selection procedure includes written test and interview etc. For that we must go through Forest Guard Syllabus/ Pattern.

The subjects may be English, Math, General Knowledge etc.

There are thousands of aspirants from Haryana who wish to know Forest Guard Exam Date and Admit Card download date. When Various HSSC Recruitment was out, Forest Guard was one of them. The commission has expedited its process of declaring selection exam results besides conducting them on regular basis. Clerk result is ultimately out with good cut off which is a warning for the candidates of the upcoming exams. Read Clerk Exam Cut off from official website.

All the questions will be MCQs and each and every question will be of one mark.

Old Stuff :-

Now the applicants seem to be impatient regarding the exam. It has been long time since HSSC had taken out the notification/ advertisement for these posts. However, as the commission has geared up the process for other posts such Female Supervisor ( 19th Nov.), Taxation and Excise Inspector, we can expect the exam in very near future.

Latest 12/04/2017 – After the reprimand from the Hon’ble High Court, the Haryana Govt seems to be in action. Now HSSC is declaring results and conducting Recruitment exam at the bullet-train pace. The exam notice for Female Supervisor post has come. You can expect Forest Guard Exam Notice very soon and exam in May 2017.

Now it’s April and candidates are eager to know the exam and admit card schedule. Here we love to tell our readers that HSSC is in constant process of completing the selection process.  The candidates could have applied online. Check the distribution of the total posts as per categories.

Total Posts of Forest Guards	331
Gen	Seventy
BCA	Eighty One
EBPG	Eighty Nine
SC	Forty Five etc

The educational qualification was 10th with Hindi and Sanskrit knowledge must. The job also required minimum physical standard –

For Male Candidates –

The ht should be 168 cms. Un-expanded chest must be 79 cms whereas expanded 84 cms.

For Female Candidates –

To be eligible for Forest Guards, the female candidates must have Height 155 cms and Chest 74 and 79 un-expanded and expanded resp.

Walking Test –

For Male Candidates	25 Km	4 hrs
Female Candidates	14 Km	4hrs

Haryana ( HSSC) Forest Guard Selection Procedure –

There shall be the Screening Test along with Physical Standard Test ( PST) and Physical Efficiency Test ( PET). For screening test/ written exam, you can see HSSC Complete Syllabus/ Exam Pattern here.

The final selection shall be the outcome of cumulative performance that shall involve every test.

For Written Test/ PST/ PET, the candidates shall require syllabus/ pattern.  The candidates must read all instructions regarding syllabus and pattern from our website. But before that there shall be Forest Guard Exam Notification.

Old stuff –

As the schedule of HSSC is very tight, we hope that FG exam may take place very soon. As every body knows, besides declaring the results of all various posts, the commission is occupied in documents verification. Hence some delay is examination is on the card.

Examination Centres for Forest Guard Exams –

Though the clear exam centres shall be clear while the admit cards are out. Still there are some pet exam centres for the exams by HSSC. They are –

• Yamuna Nagar
• Karnal
• Panchkula
• Ambala
• Rohtak etc.

May be you can have your exam centres from one of them.

When to reach the exam centres ?

It is good to reach the exam centres at least one hour before the screening test. It will take at least half an hour for undergoing frisking before the entry. When you go out for the exam, don’t forget to take a bottle of water to defeat the extreme scorching heat.
