The Knowledge Test took place on 28th of August 2016 in both Morning and Evening Session. The morning Written Exam time was from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. And in the evening shift, it was from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
The candidates had to reach at least 30 minutes earlier before the Knowledge Test Schedule to avoid last minute’s rush/ inconvenience. But most of the examinees had reached much ago. There was intensive frisking to avoid copying during the exam. The examinees could not take anything inside the exam centre except admit card. The Commission had uploaded the Constable Written Exam Admit Card on 18th of August.

Each of the question is of 0.60 mark. Unlike other HSSC Exams, this Knowledge Test ( KT) had the provision of Negative Marking. You tend to loose 0.15 Mark for any wrong attempt. It means you can’t attempt hit and trial method. Be careful. However, the duration of the exam is 90 minutes which is more than required.
