Jaipur Development Authority Plot Draw Result

Jaipur Development Authority known as JDA will declare the Result for 5266 Plots in various Locations under 6 Housing Projects on 30th of Sept ( Thursday ) at 11:00 AM. There were more than 19,000 Applications received from the applicants. The JDA Plot Draw will take place at the said time at the official website of JDA.

Update 2021 –

JDA will bring 04 residential schemes by Aug 15. There shall be 1500  plots in these four schemes. The draw will be out via lottery which will be available on the official website.

Latest 2017 – Last draw had taken place in last Feb 2017. It was under Baxawala Scheme 2017. In this draw, the lucky candidates got houses/ flats one by one via Lottery system.

For more such draws, applying for such projects, the aspirants must visit the official website of JDA from time to time. We shall also update the post with latest draws and schemes under this Authority.

Name of the 6 JDA Housing Schemes for which the Draw will take place – Here the no of the plots are also give against each of the projects –

  1. Surya Nagar – 215
  2. Rohini Enclave – 603
  3. Abhinav Vihar Vistar 1209
  4. Uday Vihar 179
  5. Dev Vihar 435
  6. Gagan Vihar 2625

The Applications were invited from 15th August to 15th of Sept. The Sizes of the plots vary from 45 sqm to 252 sqm. There are different rates for different locations. Those who were the residents of Rajasthan could have applied. The candidate’s age should have been 18 or above. The applicants should not have been allotted any plot by the authority during the last 10 years.
