Know about the dept ( PUDA ) for which you are applying –
PUDA is a supreme body of the state in the respective field. It came in to existence in July 1995 with an intention to ameliorate and develop the Urban areas in the State. For that the department depends upon the latest technologies and town planning norms and at the services of the experts.

Salary Grade for the selected candidates –
- For Engineers – 15600-39100.
- For others – 10300 to 34800.
Age for PUDA Recruitment as on 01.01.2015 – 18 to 37 (Age relaxation on the basis of the Reservation as per Punjab Govt. Policies).
Application Fee for General and Reserved categories –
- The General candidates need to pay – Rs. 1000/-
- The SC/ BC/ ESM Candidates will deposit the fee – Rs. 500/-
The Fee must be deposited through Challan Form available in all the Axis Bank branches.
Selection Criteria for PUDA Recruitment / Jobs 2018-2019-2010–
There shall be the written test of 120 marks and the syllabus will include
- Technical Aptitude,
- General Awareness,
- Mental Aptitude/ Reasoning,
- Computer Proficiency,
- Language Proficiency in Punjabi and English,
- Accountancy Skill Test and
- Mathematical Ability.
The Interview shall not be the part of the Selection Procedure. So a lot of will depend upon candidates’ qualification and Written Test Performance.
Schedule for the Exam –
