Update 2021 –
The SBI exam for PO posts took place on 04, 05 and 06th of Jan 2021 respectively. The exam took place in two shifts – Shift 1 ( 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ) Shift 2 ( 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ). The PO answer key will be available very soon.
SBI is one of the biggest banks of India. Recently the central govt had merged some more banks in to it paving the way of its being one of the largest banks of the world. But RBI Governor had shown some reservations over the issue.

SBI PO Prelims Exam Analysis – Date-wise
This is one of the toughest exams in the Banking Sector. SBI holds the tests. There were two phases of the tests. The Paper 1 contains three parts namely – Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Aptitude and English Language Proficiency with 35, 35 and 30 Questions/ Marks respectively making it paper of 100 Marks.

The Paper 2 contained Data Analysis and Interpretation, English Language, General Awareness, Marketing and Computer with Reasoning. Each of the subjects is of 50 marks making it paper of 200 Marks. No doubt, all the subjects are quite typical. Timing is also very important factor in the exam.
