As always, CBSE keeps doing changes in the exams of NET and NEET. This time too, the board has made some major transformation in both these exams. It is imperative for the interested candidates to view such changes before starting preparation for them. These changes are for the year 2018.
Now the aspirants will have take two exams instead of two exams. So far, they had to take 3 exams. For UGC Junior Research Fellowship and National Eligibility Test, there are changes for Exam Pattern and New Pattern. The board has made such amendments before July 8 exam.
Now the board hasn’t started inviting applications so far. The process shall take place from 6th of March 2018. The last date for applying application will be 5th of April and for submitting fee shall be 6th of April. The board has made changes in the age limit of the candidates. Earlier it was 28 and now it is 30 years.
Besides, there are some more changes. CBSE has starting the admission process for the admission of NEET from 15th of Feb 2017 ( Thursday ). From now, students who have taken their degrees Privately will be considered ineligible for applying. Besides, those who have more than 25 years can’t apply for NEET 2018. So age bar and Eligibility criteria have been modified for this year.
Even, the candidates who have done 10+2 with Biology as an additional subject can not sit in NEET 2018.
In addition, CBSE has made some more changes for the candidates who wish to apply. So they must not be in a hurry. As we have uttered earlier, read all the instructions and rules and regulations before you start the process.
NET is necessary for becoming teachers in Colleges and universities. NEET is compulsory for getting admission in the Medical Colleges in India.
