31st January 2017 – result is not out even today. 

After prolonged wait for the result, the candidates are still in the lurch. The visitors didn’t find their result at SSC official website. The candidates can check their merit list on 03/02/2017. Moreover, the status report ( result) link is available below.

You check the status of your result from there.  The Pre-medical test was out on 14th March 2017. After that it has taken more than 10 month to announce Medical Exam output. Check your roll no in merit list below.

SSC Constable GD Update on 03/02/2016 – 30/01/2017

It has taken a lot of time for SSC to announce the Constable Exam Result. The test was held 04/10/2015 and 22/11/2015. There are rumours regarding the Result. As per some of the websites the Constable Cut Off-cum-Merit List can be declared on or after 5th of Feb. 2016. For any of the updates, you must be in our continuous touch.

So patience is required in that matter. We shall create useful links for this result of Constable Written Exam which was taken across the country by thousands of  candidates. The exam was preceded by the Screening through PET and PST which were held a couple of months back.

The shortlisted candidates were allowed to take this exam for the Selection of Constables in CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP and other Defence Related Forces. First of all Online and Offline Exams were decided but later it was decided that it would be Offline Exam on OMR Paper Sheet.

The posts for which the Exam was held were 62,090. Lakhs of applications were received from all areas of the country. Staff Selection Commission had the sole responsibility to hold the Written Exam. The Commission had also uploaded the SSC Constable hall ticket for the examinees a few days before the exam.

SSC Constable GD Final Result 2016 – 2017

The Exam Contained Four Sets viz A, B, C and D. The candidates’ competent in Hindi, English, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning was checked by putting 25 Questions for each of the said subjects. As a result the exam was of 100 Marks and it was imperative for the General Candidates to grab 35% Marks and the Reserved categories were to ensure 2% marks below that is 33% marks.

The Successful candidates of the exam shall further undergo the Medical Examination and Documents’ Verification.

• Supply the information i.e. your Roll No/ Date of Birth etc.
• The Result shall be online.

Information – The candidates are feeling inconvenience due to snag in server owing to over-flowing of traffic. The reasons are –

• Total Eleven Lac and 66 Thousand ( approx) had participated in this mammoth test.
• It was the qualifying test with minimum cut off marks 33% for SC/ST /OBC candidates while for UR and ESM it was 35%.

As per the latest info on SSC website, Firm date for declaring the result is 30th of Feb 2017. Therefore, the aspirants will have to wait more.

The Final Result for GD Constable will rest on the cumulative results of the Written Exam, PST, PET and Medical Exams. So each and every test has important role to play in the final Selection of SSC Constables.
